Ordering

When will I receive my order?

Your order will normally be ready within two business days from the day it was submitted. Business days do not include weekends or Canadian holidays.

If I have a question or special instructions, how do I contact you?

There is a contact link on the main page of the site. Feel free to ask any questions or request a quote. You can leave comments or special instructions when you upload your photo.

My photo is damaged or torn, can you restore it?

Small imperfections and dust specks can easily be fixed, but we are not a restoration service.

Do you send prints?

Unfortunately, no. We are mainly an online service. You will receive a personal link to your photo on our site by email once it is ready. You can easily save the restored photo to your computer at the same resolution and the same file format it was uploaded.

What can I do to get the best results?

Upload your photo in the highest resolution possible. Photos used only for the web can be slightly smaller, but if you plan on printing your photo it should be at least 300 ppi. If you are scanning a photo set your scanner to 300 dpi.

We accept files in .jpg, .png, and raw formats. We prefer uncompressed files such as .png and raw files to maintain the highest photo quality.

The better your original picture, the better the results will look after retouching. Some things to keep in mind if you are taking a new photo would be to have adequate lighting, choose an area that has a clutter free background, and make sure the image is in focus. Blemishes, wrinkles, facial shine, and other image problems will be taken care of in retouching.

Privacy & Security

How do you maintain my privacy?

The only personal information we collect is your email address. Payments are collected through PayPal, which means they are handled securely and we never see any of your payment details. As well, when your photo is complete, it is posted at a unique and unguessable address.
